BNK Legal Consultancy Ltd
BNK Legal Consultancy Ltd is an independent legal and business consultancy founded by Busra Nur Kapkara and Erdem Kapkara and incorporated in England and Wales in March 2021.
We provide Turkish legal consultancy and cross-border business support to individuals, entrepreneurs and companies based in the United Kingdom, Türkiye and internationally. Our work is particularly focused on clients who have legal or commercial interests in Türkiye, including those establishing or developing a business, working with Turkish companies, entering into partnerships, reviewing commercial arrangements or requiring assistance with Turkish legal and corporate matters.
Busra Nur Kapkara
Director & Co-Founder
Busra Nur Kapkara is an Avukat admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association and a practising Solicitor of England and Wales. She leads the company's legal and consultancy work and is responsible for its professional direction and client matters.
Erdem Kapkara
Director & Co-Founder
Erdem Kapkara oversees the company's day-to-day administrative and operational support, including the coordination of enquiries, appointments, documentation, records and invoicing. He also liaises with clients and external professionals on administrative matters. He does not provide legal advice.
Since 2021, we have supported clients with a range of legal, contractual, corporate and business-related matters. Much of our work comes through personal recommendations, returning clients and established professional relationships.
We work directly with our clients and do not offer standardised online packages. Each enquiry is reviewed individually before instructions are accepted. Depending on the client's location and the nature of the matter, consultations may take place in person, by email, by telephone or by video conference.

Busra Nur Kapkara is a practising Solicitor of England and Wales and is individually authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
